Tim and Beth Gauen are transplants from the Chicago suburbs to Maricopa, Arizona. They fell in love with the 48th state after seeing its beauty while enjoying one of their many hikes. Married for over thirty years, Tim and Beth raised their family while working jobs in the home maintenance arena.
Tim dabbled in vacation rentals for several years and understands the concerns and difficulties a property owner faces when they are away and unable to see issues as they might arise. He and Beth have chosen to tailor their service to help others find that much-needed peace of mind. Tim has completed extensive training and is now a certified homewatch professional (CHWP) through the National Homewatch Association (NHWA). This, in conjunction with his years of experience as a residential contracting manager, makes HomeWatch DroneWatch the ideal company to meet your needs.
In addition to weekly and biweekly inspections of your vacant home, we offer a departure service that gives you the freedom to leave without worry, knowing that your home will be safely secured. Our arrival package will freshen up and prepare your place for your return. We can also provide drone inspections for an eagle-eye view of your property. Our packages are customizable according to your individual preferences and needs, with add-on options like grocery restocking and light housecleaning.
